• Event Promotion – Drive interest and awareness around Hï Ibiza’s iconic residencies and global artists.
• Brand Representation – Be the face of the club in Ibiza’s most high-footfall areas, particularly around San Antonio.
• Social Media Engagement – Use your online platforms to attract ticket buyers and showcase the experience.
• Sales & Revenue Growth – Hit weekly personal sales targets through direct outreach, ticketing platforms, and paying guestlist/VIP sales.
• Client Relations – Build a loyal client base, provide top-level service, and contribute to a premium clubbing experience.
• Previous experience in PR, sales, promotions, or hospitality (especially nightlife).
• Confident communicator with strong face-to-face and social selling skills.
• Social media fluency (Instagram, WhatsApp, content creation, engagement).
• Good level of English required; Spanish and other languages are a plus.
• Valid EU passport or Spanish work permit/residency is required.
