Is There Parking At Hï Ibiza?
There is a large public car park that is available to customers at an additional cost. You can add a valet service to your experience when making a VIP booking. There is a taxi rank next to Hï Ibiza.

What Is The Security Policy?
The safety and security of our guests is our No.1 priority. Our security checks are conducted by both female and male staff.
Hï Ibiza reserves the right to refuse admission to any person who fails to follow our security staff’s direction.
What Is The Dress Code?
Flip-flops, tank tops and swimwear are not allowed. Men must wear long pants, not shorts. We don’t allow any flags, sports team merch or any ideological or religous attire that may cause offence.*For VIP dresscode please refer to VIP booking and access section
Is There A Cloakroom?
There are neither lockers nor cloakroom services available at Hï Ibiza.
What Is The Bag Policy?
Backpacks, luggage, or large bags are not allowed. For the safety and comfort of all our guests, anything larger than a standard-sized handbag may be refused entry.
What Is The Re-admission Policy?
There is no readmission once leaving the venue. Customers who leave the premises will be required to purchase an additional ticket to re-enter. There are outdoor areas at Hï Ibiza for those who want to take a break from the dancefloor.
What Areas Can I Access With My Ticket?
Your ticket provides access to all areas within Hï Ibiza. Explore three dynamic rooms: The Theatre (main room), The Club Room (second room), and The Wild Corner (third room). Additionally, enjoy the outdoor spaces with The Secret Garden and The Magic Garden from which you can access the rooftop bar for a panoramic experience. To access VIP areas you will have to upgrade your ticket to a VIP one or book a table.
Is Hï Ibiza An Accessible Venue?
Hï Ibiza is wheelchair accessible and is a safe and open space for people with all types of functional diversity.
What Identification Do I Need?
Customers are required to provide a valid form of photo ID upon entry. Valid forms of ID include government-issued ID cards or passports. Please note: you must bring the original ID, photocopies and photographs will not be accepted.
How old do I need to be to access Hï Ibiza?
All attendants must be aged 18 or older to enter Hï Ibiza.
Please be aware that we will ask anyone who looks younger or underage for ID, if the guest is unable to provide proof of age, she/he will unfortunately be refused entry.
Original personal Identification will be required at the VIP entrance. You must bring the original ID, photocopies and photographs will not be accepted.

Is Entry At Hï Ibiza Free If I Am At Ushuaïa Ibiza?
Spending your day at Ushuaïa Ibiza and then dancing to the morning in Hï Ibiza is one of the island’s greatest experiences. However, you will need to buy a specific ticket for each venue.
Is Entry To Ushuaïa Ibiza Free If I Have A Ticket For Hï Ibiza?
Enjoying the open-air music before Hï Ibiza is an ideal combination, but you'll need to buy a separate ticket for Ushuaïa Ibiza.
Is Entry Free If I Am Staying At Ushuaïa Beach Hotel?
Staying at Ushuaïa Ibiza Beach Hotel will mean you are only minutes away from the excitement at Hï Ibiza. However, you will still be required to purchase a ticket for all Hï Ibiza events.

How Can I book a VIP table?
To take your experience to the next level, please fill out the request form to request a VIP table. A member of our team will contact you as soon as possible. If your request is for an event taking place today we will contact you rapidly.
Where Is The VIP Entrance?
On arrival you will find signs directing you to the VIP entrance, which is located at the front of the venue on the right hand side.
How Many People Per Table?
Once you book a table, information about the maximum capacity for that table will be shared with you. Please fill out the form to make your VIP request.
Is Food Available?
A selection of sushi and smaller food options is available throughout the event.
What Is The Table Layout?
The arrangement of our VIP tables may be subject to change. You will receive an email with the table layout and the price list once you make your request.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
Can I pay by card?
We accept contactless payments and card payments using Mastercard, Visa, Union Pay, Maestro and American Express.
ID matching the name on your bank card will be required for anyone choosing to pay via card during the event.
Do you accept cash?
Cash payments are also accepted, limited to the amount pursuant to applicable law. There is an ATM inside Hï Ibiza for your convenience.
What If I Need To Cancel?
You may move the booking to another event or request a refund up to 24-hours before the event except for the Opening & Closing parties or other special events, which require a 72-hour notice.

Professional cameras are not allowed into the premises. Unauthorised recording is not allowed. GoPro attachments like selfie sticks, monopods and other professional photography equipment are not allowed at this event.
What Is The Best Time To Arrive?
What is the best time to arrive? To get the most out of your Hï Ibiza VIP experience we recommend you arrive before 01:30. Please let us know when you and your group are planning to arrive.
What Identification Is Required?

We provide valet services on demand, which you can add when making your booking. VIP valet parking can be found at the entrance to the venue’s carpark.
Tickets
Do I Need To Print My Ticket?
eTickets can be downloaded and displayed on your smartphone. There is no need to print your ticket.
What Shall I Do If I’m Having Trouble Purchasing Tickets?

Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Yes. Tickets purchased in advance are less expensive than at the door. Therefore, for the best-priced tickets, please buy in advance online at hiibiza.com
How Do I Get A Refund?
You can request a refund during the 48 hours following the cancelled event, by going to the ticket vendor or ticket sales platform from which you purchased your tickets. You will need to present your original sales receipt.
What Is A Before 1am Ticket?
Select events will have a Before 1 AM ticket available. This allows entry to the venue until 1 AM. If you arrive after 1 AM you will need to pay the difference with a standard ticket to enter. Please note that there may be queues, and early arrival is advised for a seamless experience with your Before 1 AM ticket.
VIP Tickets
Can I Access The VIP Area Without A VIP Table Booking?
For some events, a limited number of VIP tickets will be released that will enable you to access our VIP common area only.
Photo & Video Policy
Can I Film And / Or Take Photographs?
Photo & video for personal use, with a smartphone, but please avoid filming other persons out of your group. However we prohibit any filming or photography for commercial use.
Audio recording devices, monopods, tripods, and selfie sticks are also not permitted.
We have an in-house photo and video team on-site covering the event.

Lost & Found
What If I Loose Something While At Hï Ibiza?
To check or claim any lost property kindly visit our security office Monday to Sunday between 10:00 & 19:00. The security office is located to the right-hand side of Hï Ibiza.
To get there, walk through the car park beside Hï Ibiza and enter via the back entrance.
The management assumes no responsibility for items lost at Hï Ibiza. Forgotten, lost, or abandoned items, whose origin is unknown and are found in Hï Ibiza, will be kept for a maximum period of fifteen days before being delivered to the Civil Guard who will take over responsibility, recording everything on a register, with reference to the main characteristics and the day and location they were found.

What Are The Terms & Conditions For Online Tickets?
Right of admission is reserved. All attendees must bring valid original ID and in force: citizens of European countries will require a national ID or passport; citizens from other countries will require a passport. Dress code: No flip-flops, tank tops, swimwear, uncovered torsos, and / or football / basketball team jerseys, as well as any ideological attire that might offend the attendants’ sensitivities, are allowed into the premises of Hï Ibiza. There is no cloakroom available at the venue. Backpacks, luggage or large bags are not permitted (except ladies’ handbags). Hï Ibiza operates an over 18s policy. Anyone under the age of 18 will be refused entry. Early arrival is advisable to secure admission. Opening & Closing times are not fixed and may change on the day. Hï Ibiza will not be held responsible for adverse weather conditions. When consuming alcoholic beverages within the premises of Hï Ibiza, we recommend that you do so in moderation and at your own responsibility. The consumption and/or sale of drugs within the premises of Hï Ibiza is strictly prohibited. Recording and/or photographing for advertising/commercial purposes without express authorization from Hï Ibiza is strictly prohibited. GoPro accessories such as selfie sticks, monopods, and other professional photography equipment are prohibited at this event. It is strictly prohibited to bring beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) into the premises of Hï Ibiza. Lineups and set times may be subject to change. No re-entry allowed, once you exit the venue, you will have to pay again to access. Keep your ticket until the event has ended. Refund for purchased tickets due to event cancellation can be requested within 48 hours following the canceled event, by contacting the point of sale and/or digital platform where they were purchased. The refund will be processed only if the original sales ticket is presented. Attendants are responsible for their personal property at all times and should never leave their belongings unattended. You are informed of the presence of surveillance cameras inside Hï Ibiza, which are used to process captured images to ensure the security of individuals, property, and facilities. Refund & Cancellation Policy
What Is The Refund Policy?
Refund policy with cancellation insurance:Ticket holders can ask for a full refund of their tickets by notifying Clubtickets at help@clubtickets.com at least 24 hours prior to the event start time, if the 360 Cancellation Insurance has been added to your purchase. This applies for delayed flights, illnesses or any other reason for missing the event. Once the event has started, tickets can not be refunded, we recommend contacting Clubtickets as soon as you know you will miss the event.
What Is The Cancellation Policy?
If an event is cancelled, we can offer to change the ticket to another date of an event equivalent to the cancelled one, or you can request a refund within 48 hours following the cancelled event. Please contact the ticket vendor or ticket sales platform from which you purchased your tickets. You will need to present your original sales receipt.
