We’re looking for an experienced, motivated PR Manager to lead a team of talented promoters representing the World's No.1 Club, Hï Ibiza. The right candidate has a strong network in the nightlife industry, proven success in sales and leadership, and is passionate about building a winning team culture.
• Lead, manage and motivate a team of PRs to hit weekly sales targets
• Train and coach on sales techniques, including objection handling and customer approach
• Plan and execute promotional strategies in line with the Ibiza season calendar
• Monitor performance, set goals, and help team members grow in their roles
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to align messaging and club priorities
• Understand DJ lineups, ticket tiers, and pricing structures to support the team with knowledge
• Build and maintain your own social media presence and engagement to attract interest and drive visibility
• Regularly attend club events to stay hands-on and connected to the product
• Solid experience in nightlife PR, sales, and team leadership roles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Confident teaching and managing people from different backgrounds and personalities
• Organised and able to plan effectively weeks in advance
• Good knowledge of Ibiza’s club scene, international audiences, and what makes events sell
• Social media savvy and up to date with current trends and tools
• Proven success in ticket sales or high-performance sales roles in similar environments
• Patient, resilient, and driven by results
• Good level of English required; Spanish and other languages are a plus
