House and disco anthems at the #1 Club in the World, Sunday 4th August
The epic Radio 1 Dance X Ibiza Weekend is returning to the island in 2024. The flagship UK station, home to tastemakers such as Pete Tong, Annie Mac and Arielle Free, will host its infamous Ibiza Weekend at the beginning of August.
On Sunday 4th August, the Radio 1 Dance team will take over Glitterbox at Hï Ibiza. The night will feature the very best house and disco selections from some of Glitterbox’s most beloved DJs.
The Theatre will host Australian duo Flight Facilities, party-starting collective Horse Meat Disco, a special live set from “Finally” vocalist Julie McKnight, Glitterbox favourite Mousse T. and fast-rising vinyl-champion Kirollus.
Influential selector Krystal Klear, scene-innovator Luke Solomon and disco super producer Chez Damier will soundtrack the Club Room. Finally, the trio of Eileen, Jamz Supernova and Jkriv will present floor-filling house, disco and beyond in the Wild Corner.
The Radio 1 Dance Ibiza Weekend has become a highlight of the global electronic music calendar. This collaboration with Glitterbox promises an unforgettable night of music on the island’s most inclusive dancefloor.
