We’re looking for a Social Media Creative Strategist to join our team in Ibiza. This digital visionary will shape the storytelling and creative output of Hï Ibiza's social channels. This role goes far beyond posting, it's about developing ideas that make people feel, share, and remember.

The ideal candidate is a digital native who understands culture as much as algorithms and sees social media as a stage for creativity and connection. You will work closely with the Head of Social Media, the marketing team, the creative team and content creators to bring bold, original campaigns to life, ensuring every post and story reflects the energy, innovation, and DNA of Hï Ibiza.

We're looking for someone curious, collaborative, and full of ideas, a true team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and knows how to transform creative vision into social impact.
